The best hair cut ever

I'm not even sure what to say. I wanted to wait before leaving a review to see if my opinion changed but it didn't. Stephanie seems like a nice person who wanted to do her best. She gave a great hair wash. The cut itself is terrible. Even after having someone else come over to try to fix it, it's disjointed, uneven and inches shorter than I requested. I booked an Olaplex 4-in-1 treatment and a cut and style. Apparently random services were tacked on that I didn't ask for nor was I informed of. I left after paying $100 for a cut that I'm embarrassed to have. I literally got in my car with my baby and just cried. I never treat myself to anything and all I wanted was to have one day where I could feel confident in myself. Instead I just feel defeated. I feel robbed, embarrassed, and just plain unattractive. Thanks.

Pam did a terrific job! I came in with long hair and knew I needed a change. Due to health issues it’s hard to style my hair. We discussed opinions and decided on a bob cut. Wow what a difference her styling made. I can wash and blow dry my hair in no time and look 100% better. Her service was excellent and she is a joy to be around. I’m giving you AAAAA+++++!

She was amazing and really took her time to ensure I was having the best experience ever. And I did :)
